The customer uses SAP as a backbone financial and accounting system however when last year Work From Home approach was in placed , the system is not really fit to the approach especially management levels.
We suggested the client to use PR approval via email using K2 software. The solution is to retrieve PR information from SAP once the purchasing team created them in SAP the request will be sent to this PR approval application. And the application will start to check who will be in Line of approval and send email with relevant information to them. The approver could just reply with approve or reject and workflow will handle the rest. Once all the approval is done , all information will be posted back to SAP.

Thanachart bank is well-known in the market for consumer auto loan. Their clients are cross the country which mean that people could buy from any place and choose to submit the application to the bank branch that is the most convenient to them.
